Automotive Service Technician

Automotive Service Technician

Location: Denver, CO
Pay Range: $175,000 – $325,000 per year, DOE
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week

Are you an automotive technician who feels underappreciated and ready to laugh at work again? AutoLab, located in Englewood, CO, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our high-performing team.

We have been serving the Denver area for over 21 years, building a shop culture where technicians are respected, equipped with the right tools, and rewarded for their expertise. We are one of the fastest-growing shops in the region and are looking for elite talent to keep pace with demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, and powertrain issues
  • Perform advanced diagnostics using modern scan tools and schematics
  • Calibrate and service ADAS systems
  • Complete high-level mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Perform thorough inspections and clearly document findings
  • Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (not just parts replacement)
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Proficiency with electrical systems and modern vehicle technology
  • Own professional-grade tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance shop
